I couldn’t recommend Chef Eric more. From start to finish his attention to detail and care for me and my guests was impeccable and that’s not even touching the food yet. I highly recommend the braised beef short ribs and my goodness, the asparagus and sun dried tomatoes, was just about the best thing I’ve ever had in my mouth. Everything was PERFECT. You won’t regret it. Just do it.
